Statistics Resources

Here you can find a list of our introductory statistics classes, as well as links to some sample data sets.
  • MATH 1101 (Statistical Concepts and Methods)
  • MATH 1203 (Statistical Models for the Social Sciences)
  • MATH 2111 (Statistics for Science Majors)

Data Sets

There are three data sets you can download and analyze in SPSS. To download a data set to your computer, simply click on one of the links below. You will be asked whether you want to "save" your data. Choose "Save" from the available options and pick a folder on your computer's drive C:, or choose the network drive Z:

Your data sets will be downloaded into that folder, and are then available for your analysis. Please remember the folder into which you save your data sets.

If you have any questions about SPSS, you should contact Dr. Guerin for further information.

If something does not work correctly during this download process, please contact Dr. Wachsmuth to report the problem and hopefully have it fixed as soon as possible.
