Students

The department supports between 100 and 200 major and minor students in mathematics and computer science. The actual numbers change each year. Some students are dual majors and may be counted twice.

Here you can find a list of students enrolled in our major courses; these students are usually our majors or minors.

  • Our advisor for all mathematics students is Dr. Guerin; please contact her for any math-related questions.
  • Our advisor for all computer science students is Dr. Gross; please contact him for any computer-science related questions.
To support our non-major students we offer a free tutoring program. All tutoring is on a "drop-in" basis. Just show up at the indicated time in the indicated room and a tutor (usually one of our major students) will be ready to help you.
